Each event works slightly differently. In most cases tickets to the event are included. Sometimes these are provided to you with your documents here in the UK, in other circumstances they may have to be provided to you in resort. We only source tickets from reputable suppliers. If you source your own tickets we can usually still take care of the other arrangements for you.

If they include flights from the UK then the holidays we offer will be bonded by our ABTA license and also the ATOL license of your tour operator, more detauils will be provided to you at the time of booking as this can vary.  You will be provided with an ATOL certificate as proof of cover.  Read more about ATOL here.

We will require your full names as passport, contact details and a deposit payment if booking over 12 weeks before departure, or full payment if within 12 weeks of departure.  We will also discuss any special requests you may have to ensure you holiday experience is the best it possibly can be !

This varies depending on the trip you book. We usually offer a selection for you to select however as these events are in high demand this can be limited and we will discuss the options with you at the time of booking.

Some of the sports packages are set, others are tailor made so we can often use flights from regional airports where available. We will discuss the options with you when you book with us.
