Azerbaijan Formula One Grand Prix

Race Day: 2020 details coming soon

Azerbaijan plays host to the fastest Formula One Grand Prix held on the streets of a city on the spectacular Baku City street circuit. The 2019 Azerbaijan Grand Prix will be the fourth time Baku hosts the F1 Championship.

Baku, home to the 2019 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, is one of the fastest street circuits in the world with speeds of up to 340kph. The Herman Tilke designed grand prix circuit combines the fastest straight in Formula One and some truly tricky corners through the narrow streets of this unique city.

Baku is the largest city in Azerbaijan and has a fascinating blend of cultures as East meets West. Azerbaijan Grand Prix drivers have to really work hard on this difficult circuit which meanders through the UNESCO listed medieval walls of the city. Surrounded by deserts and the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan’s elegant capital Baku blends East and West, an ancient city on the Silk Road with cutting-edge architecture.

Below is a suggested itinerary, however if this doesn’t match your travel plans, please get in contact. Whether you would prefer flights from a regional airport or would prefer to spend longer at the destination we will be able to tailor make a Azerbaijan Grand Prix package to suit you.
